BOG of Rural Initiative Community Empowerment in Arua, was involved in the drafting of the Auro constitution. Dr Denis is a senior lecturer of psychology and research at Busitema University, HoD in educational courses, Ph.D. in philosophy of Education and has published many journals on improvement of the education in Africa.
